Send a deletion request
- Email us from the address associated with your enquiry or previous LiveQast test account.
- Say whether you want to delete an account, your correspondence, or other personal information. Include the relevant store name if applicable.
- Do not include your password or identity documents. We will ask for any verification needed to identify the right records.
What happens next
We review the request and confirm its scope and any identity verification needed. The response will explain which records can be deleted and any records that must be retained, with the reason. Sending an email does not automatically delete an account.
